Virtual workshop: Best Human Resource Management Practices in the Banking System in the Republic of North Macedonia, 10-11 November 2021
The National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia hosted a virtual workshop dedicated to the best human resource management practices in the banking system in the Republic of North Macedonia, held on 10-11 November 2021. The workshop primarily focused on the interconnection of the banking system through cooperation and exchange of experiences, practices, solutions and challenges in the field of human resource management.
The workshop gathered together representatives of eight commercial banks in the Republic of North Macedonia and the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia, who shared their experiences and practices in the field of human resource management.
