Authorized officer for receiving reports from whistle-blowers
Whistle-blowing is performed in the National Bank if there is reasonable suspicion or evidence that a punishable, unethical or other unlawful or inadmissible act has been committed, is being committed or is likely to be committed, which jeopardizes the public interest by an employee of the National Bank or a member of the Council of the National Bank.
A whistle-blower can be a person who:
- has an employment relationship of permanent or fixed duration at the National Bank;
- is a candidate for employment, a candidate for a volunteer or an intern in the National Bank;
- is or has been a volunteer or an intern in the National Bank;
- on any basis is or has been engaged to work in the National Bank;
- on any basis is or has been in a business relationship or other relationship of cooperation with the National Bank;
- uses or has used services of the National Bank.
