Operating Rules of MIPS

The Operating Rules of MIPS enable efficient communication between the participants and MIPS, and among the participants themselves. The participant chooses one of the methods of transmitting messages in MIPS (all documents are available only in Macedonian language):

In the communication with MIPS, the participant uses predefined messages according to the Standard for the purpose and the format of messages in MIPS (available only in Macedonian language).

These rules are available on the website of the National Bank, and all their changes are announced at least 15 days in advance. Notwithstanding, the National Bank may introduce a change on shorter notice if all participants agree with the change.

The Time Schedule followed by MIPS is defined in the provisions of the Operating Rules of MIPS and annexes thereto.
