Museum of the National Bank cares for and maintains the following subject collections:

- collection of ancient Greek coins;
- Celtic coin collection;
- Illyrian coin collection;
- collection of Roman Republican coins;
- collection of Roman imperial coins;
- collection of Roman provincial coins;
- Byzantine coin collection;
- collection of coins of the medieval Balkan states;
- Venetian coin collection;
- collection of pseudomoney forms, medals, seals and exagia;
- Ottoman coin collection;
- modern money collection.
A part of the coins have been exhibited at the Governor's Office and another at the permanent museum exhibition.
