The processing of data on persons that circulate in the protected premises of the National Bank is performed in accordance with the article 90 of the Law on Personal Data Protection and the Decision on determining legal entities required to have private security, for the protection of human life or health, employees due to the nature of their work, the property, the vital information and information systems, as well as providing control over the entrance into and exit from the premises for security purposes only.
The National Bank processes the following categories of personal data:
- Physical and physiological appearance of persons entering and leaving the National Bank’s premises;
- name and surname;
- ID No.;
- Name and surname of the employees the visitor is seeing;
- time of entrance,
- Fingerprint (only for two-factor authentication of the information system administrators when entering a system room)
The data are kept for: 3 years, records of visitors; 30 days, video surveillance records; 1 day after revoked authorization for independent entry in the system rooms, biometric data.
