Collector coin "Aries"

Obverse:

On the obverse, in the central part of the coin, there are 4 Atlases holding the sky and a circle with all the zodiac sign symbols. On an insert of cobalt glass there is an image of the northern sky with the North Star in the center and Aries constellation around. At the bottom, there is a drawing of the Solar System. On the background, there is a part of the sky map. At the bottom of the obverse, there is a coat of arms of the Republic of Macedonia and the year of the coin issue - “2018”. There are also inscriptions in the Macedonian language: "Republic of Macedonia" and "100 denars".

Reverse:

On the reverse, in the upper part of the coin,there is a Aries image of the star atlas ”Firmamentum Sobiescianum” created by Johannes Hevelius at the end of the  17th century. The image of Aries and Aries constellation depicted on the coin pass also to the round cobalt glass inserted into the coin. At the top of the coin, there is a symbol of the Aries zodiac sign. At the bottom, there is a head of a golden Aries on a background of a drawing presenting the Solar System. On the left hand side, there is the Latin name of the zodiac sign - “ARIES” and a hallmark “Ag925”.

Parties interested in buying collector coins may obtain information on the website of the National Bank, on phone no. 3108 374, e-mail [email protected], or in person at the Cash Management Department, where the collector coins are put on display.

If the interested party wants to buy some of the available collector coins, they need to come to the Cash Management Department in person, or submit information for the preparation of a pro forma invoice, by e-mail or fax no. 3108 221. The payment should be made on the basis of this pro forma invoice, through a bank, on transaction account no. 100 0000000111 03.

Upon presentation of a verified confirmation of payment, the party will be handed out the collector coin, along with the invoice.
