While conducting activities arising from the legal function of a fiscal agent, the National Bank processes data on government securities holders. The National Bank uses this data only for processes related to the conduct of government securities auctions, registration of ownership of government securities holders in the Central Securities Depository and for intermediation in the payment of due principal and coupons from the government securities to the natural persons and legal entities – holders of government securities.
The National Bank processes the following categories of personal data:
- name and surname;
- Unique Master Citizen Number or passport number (for non-residents);
- address;
- place of residence;
- country;
- bank account;
- price;
- citizenship; and
- nominal amount of granted government securities.
The shelf life is no later than 2 years after the maturity of the issue of government securities.
