Balance sheets of depository corporations are analytical reports on the stocks of the assets and liabilities of depository corporations (the NBRNM and other depository corporations - banks and savings houses), on a specific date. In the balance sheets, the assets and the liabilities are classified by financial instrument, currency and by sector. 

   Surveys of depository corporations (the NBRNM and other depository corporations) are consolidated data from the balance sheets, and the purpose of their compiling is the simplified presentation of the assets and liabilities of depository corporations, in a manner suitable for conducting monetary analyses. They show the mechanisms of multiplying the monetary base into aggregate broad money throughout the national economy. The monetary base is published in the NBRNM survey, on the liabilities side, and includes: currency in circulation, banks and savings houses' accounts with the NBRNM, banks’ cash in vaults, banks and savings houses' reserve requirement in Denars, allocated banks' reserve requirements in foreign currency, as well as the accounts of the local government and other financial corporations with the NBRNM.

    Latest achievements:

   In March 2025, total assets and liabilities of the other depository corporations amounted to Denar 948.712 million. Analysed by instruments, most of the assets are loans (share of 55,3%). From the liabilities side, most of them refer to deposits (included and excluded in/from monetary aggregates) with total share of 67,5%.
