The museum education is targeted to visitors from different age groups and different interests, professional and popular. In the conduct of the permanent museum exhibition, the emphasis was put on the development of the monetary systems and their standards in societies that have left their mark on the history of the country. The social and cultural events that shaped this history, as reflected in the iconography and the money design, also have their place in the museum.

The Museum of National Bank has been engaged in educational work for 15 years through its publications and the permanent museum exhibition, as an alternative educational space. As of 2015, the Plan of Activities of the Museum has been expanded to publishing books and booklets targeted to students at different age.
