Debt securities, by sector of holders and issuers

Debt securities are presented in a standardized “from whom to whom” table, identifying resident and non-resident holders, by sector of debt securities issuers. Data are prepared on a quarterly basis and refer to the stock at the end of each quarter, on an unconsolidated basis, presented in the national currency (in millions of denars).

Latest developments:

The stock of resident investments in domestic and foreign debt securities at the end of the third quarter of 2024 was Denar 435,7 billion. On a quarterly basis, there is a growth of Denar 23,3 billion (5,6%), mainly as a result of the growth of financial sector investments, driven by the higher investments in debt securities of the central bank, followed by the OFI sector and banks
