The National Bank Library is specialized and its library fund is constantly enriched with the newest and most referent publications released by the most eminent foreign/international and domestic publishers and publications whose authors are the most eminent names in the field of economic science. 
At the moment, the library fund is composed of over 5000 monographic publications such as:

-    In the field of central banking, macroeconomics and microeconomic, monetary and fiscal policy, banking systems and banking operations, finances, econometrics, banking supervision and regulation, statistics, accounting and audit, management, marketing, entrepreneurship etc.;

-    General informational works (encyclopedias, lexicons, dictionaries, bibliographies, manuals etc.)

-    Other professional literature and manuals, (numismatics, law, information technology, human resources management, public procurement, physical and technical security etc.).

The library fund includes over 500 serial publications in the field of central banking and economics in general.

The National Bank Library is the only library in the country whose fund is continuously and regularly updated with the latest publications of the central banks from other countries and publications of international institutions and organizations such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank, the Bank for International Settlements etc.

The library fund is also continuously enriched with electronic publications.

In the library, the users are able to access many electronic data bases which are references for researches in the field of central banking operations and economics in general.
